Seconds To Wait

The quiet surrounded me. 15 steps closer to the rudeness awaiting me. As i turn the corner in slow steps... i shreek as he forced a knife toward my chest.
I awoke jumping out of bed. i walked up 15 steps and turned the corner to find him standing there. i screamed and fell to the ground. i looked up and he wasnt there. i ran into elyse's room, and she wasnt there. i looked in teh bathroom and the kitchen. i panicked, suddenly i felt air on the back of my head. a wooden door hit me on my head. i screamed loud.
"shhh, its just me. calm down."
i began to tear. we both lauged.
